Cleaning Service Agreement
Employment & Non-Solicitation Policy
Hiring and training Clariva Nettoyage employees requires a significant investment in professional development, safety training, and background verification to ensure high-quality service and trust.
If you choose to directly hire, employ, or accept side work from any current or former employee of Clariva Nettoyage, you agree to pay an employment referral fee of $5,000.00.
This fee applies if you hire, whether legally or on a cash basis, any individual who:

Is currently employed by Clariva Nettoyage, or
-
Was employed by Clariva Nettoyage within the two (2) years prior to employment with you, or
-
Provided services to you through Clariva Nettoyage within the six (6) months prior to direct employment.
By using our services, you agree to inform Clariva Nettoyage of any attempts by employees to solicit private work outside the company.
Failure to comply with this agreement may result in additional charges, including:

Legal fees
-
Attorney fees
-
Investigation and collection costs
Exchanging personal contact information with our cleaners for the purpose of private employment is considered a breach of this agreement.
Clariva Nettoyage reserves the right to report illegal employment or solicitation activities to the appropriate governmental and legal authorities in accordance with Canadian federal and provincial laws.
Cleaner Safety Policy
Clariva Nettoyage reserves the right to withdraw employees from any location if the work environment is considered unsafe or unhealthy.
For safety reasons:

Our cleaners do not move items heavier than 30 lbs

Clients must move heavy furniture or appliances before the cleaning appointment if cleaning behind them is required
We may cancel or stop services if the home presents health or safety risks, including but not limited to:

Illness or contagious conditions
-
Mold, bacteria, or hazardous substances
-
Pest infestations
-
Unsafe working conditions
If you are unsure whether your home environment is safe, please contact our office before the scheduled service.
Special Requests (Laundry Services)
Laundry services are not included in standard cleaning services.
If laundry is requested as a special service:

The request must be approved before the appointment

The client must provide clear instructions, including:

Sorting preferences (colors, whites, delicates)
-
Water temperature
-
Detergent type
-
Special care instructions
-
Clariva Nettoyage is not responsible for damage resulting from unclear or missing instructions.
Agreement Acceptance
By booking or accepting services from Clariva Nettoyage, the client confirms that they:

Have read and understood this agreement

Agree to comply with all policies
-
Accept the terms and conditions of service
